An Invitation Into The Subtle Realms Of Inner Alchemy

Join us for a seven-night journey into the profound tantric practice of Tattwa Shuddhi, a subtle and powerful inner process drawn from the depths of the yogic tradition.

Tantra, like many mystical paths, points to a fundamental Reality that underlies all of life, a truth hidden behind the senses, woven quietly beneath the ever-changing surface of experience. Tattwa Shuddhi is a practice that invites us to encounter that Reality directly. Though only briefly mentioned in ancient texts, and with little known about its origins, the practice has traditionally been passed down from teacher to student, shared in sacred transmission.

Tattwa Shuddhi uses visualisation, mantra, and meditative symbolism to gently shift perception, awakening the inner senses and revealing deeper layers of consciousness. Through this process, the practitioner begins to recognise what they truly are, not just as body or mind, but as part of something timeless and whole.

If visualisation doesn’t come easily to you, there is no need for concern. The practice is just as effective when approached through the felt sense — through intuition, sensation, and direct experience.

The word tattwa holds two meanings: it refers to the elements or principles that make up our embodied existence, and it also means “that-ness” a poetic pointer toward the ultimate, unchanging Reality that lies beyond form. Shuddhi translates as purification, though in the context of this practice, it speaks more to an inner harmonisation, a rebalancing and refining of our entire being across all levels.

Over the course of the immersion, each day will unfold through a rhythm of carefully curated practices designed to support and deepen your experience. The core Tattwa Shuddhi practice will be introduced gradually, allowing space to absorb and integrate each stage. Days will begin with grounding hatha yoga, and be enriched with chanting, meditation, and yoga nidra, all of which prepare the inner landscape for the subtler layers of the work.

Tattwa Shuddhi is not a technique to be mastered, but a sacred process to be entered. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or simply feeling the call to explore the deeper dimensions of self, this immersion offers a rare and potent opportunity. It is an invitation to pause, turn inward, and rediscover the essence that lives beneath the surface of everyday life.

This is a practice that speaks not just to the mind, but to the heart of your being.
